Poetry : Pain and Loneliness

Pierced through the heart
By the spear of sharp words
Darkly the blood gushes forth
Slowing, then the limbs
Of emotion grow cold
Numb from disuse.

Ouch. Life can be a pain sometimes. When we get a little happiness we need to hold onto it as much as we can, but the time will come when we have to let go. And when pain comes we need to embrace it and shed some tears, then let go. Letting go always seems like the hard part...

Poems on Pain and Loneliness:

Premanand (a very dear devotee received a serious head injury - this was a sincere petition for his recovery. He has since fully recovered by God's grace.)

Heartbeat

If Hearts Could Break

Nor Blackness

Spaces in the Heart

Tears

What A Life

Writing Pain
